GLB1L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GLB1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,086 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLB1L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to ciliary transition zone, Intraciliary anterograde transport, and Protein localization to cilium. Each is linked with GLB1L in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLB1L-to-partner and partner-to-GLB1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein localization to ciliary transition zone grouped by GLB1L-low versus GLB1L-high in BREAST.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLB1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLB1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
