GLB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLB1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, ATM, and Ku80. Each is linked with GLB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLB1-to-partner and partner-to-GLB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK2 grouped by GLB1-low versus GLB1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
