GLA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,196 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PHPT1, NCF2, and G6PD. Each is linked with GLA in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLA-to-partner and partner-to-GLA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GLA versus PHPT1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLA→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
