GLA

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,743 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLA-associated genes across cancer lineages are FTL, SRPX2, and SLC10A3. Each is linked with GLA in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLA-to-partner and partner-to-GLA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GLA versus FTL in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLA→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
