GLA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,641 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLA-associated genes across cancer lineages are POTEH-AS1, NF1P10, and RNVU1-17. Each is linked with GLA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLA-to-partner and partner-to-GLA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, POTEH-AS1 grouped by GLA-low versus GLA-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLA→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
