Across TCGA patient cohorts, GKN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,829 significant associations in total. LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GKN2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of actomyosin structure organization, Prostanoid biosynthetic process, and Vesicle targeting, to, from or within Golgi. Each is linked with GKN2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GKN2-to-partner and partner-to-GKN2 results are reported.
