GKN1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GKN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 674 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GKN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C3orf14, S100PBP, and PRDM7. Each is linked with GKN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GKN1-to-partner and partner-to-GKN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GKN1 versus C3orf14 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GKN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GKN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
