GJD4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GJD4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 935 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GJD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMOX1, NCKAP1L, and IRF8. Each is linked with GJD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GJD4-to-partner and partner-to-GJD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HMOX1 grouped by GJD4-low versus GJD4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GJD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GJD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
