GJD4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GJD4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GJD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACVRL1, Rab25, and SCD. Each is linked with GJD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GJD4-to-partner and partner-to-GJD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACVRL1 grouped by GJD4-low versus GJD4-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GJD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GJD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
