Across TCGA cell cohorts, GJD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,024 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GJD3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcription pausing by RNA polymerase II, Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation, and Negative regulation of transcription elongation by RNA polymerase II. Each is linked with GJD3 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GJD3-to-partner and partner-to-GJD3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Transcription pausing by RNA polymerase II grouped by GJD3-low versus GJD3-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
