GJD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GJD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,259 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GJD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEX3D, C19orf54, and MIR4478. Each is linked with GJD2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GJD2-to-partner and partner-to-GJD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEX3D grouped by GJD2-low versus GJD2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GJD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GJD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
