GJD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GJD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GJD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are VCY1B, POTED, and TEX36. Each is linked with GJD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GJD2-to-partner and partner-to-GJD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VCY1B grouped by GJD2-low versus GJD2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GJD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GJD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
