GJB7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GJB7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,130 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GJB7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTCO3P16, RPL30P12, and CKS1BP6. Each is linked with GJB7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GJB7-to-partner and partner-to-GJB7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTCO3P16 grouped by GJB7-low versus GJB7-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GJB7→partner) and Y-score (partner→GJB7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
