Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GJB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,518 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GJB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD116-29, MVD, and CHAF1A. Each is linked with GJB2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GJB2-to-partner and partner-to-GJB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD116-29 grouped by GJB2-low versus GJB2-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GJB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GJB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
