GIT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GIT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,255 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GIT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIMREG, RN7SL714P, and OIP5. Each is linked with GIT2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GIT2-to-partner and partner-to-GIT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PIMREG grouped by GIT2-low versus GIT2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GIT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GIT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
