GIT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GIT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,785 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GIT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are WASHC4, ATXN2, and PPP1R12A. Each is linked with GIT2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GIT2-to-partner and partner-to-GIT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GIT2 versus WASHC4 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GIT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GIT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
