GIT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GIT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,606 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GIT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR634, CDH12P4, and CENPH. Each is linked with GIT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GIT1-to-partner and partner-to-GIT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR634 grouped by GIT1-low versus GIT1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GIT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GIT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
