Across TCGA patient cohorts, GIT1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GIT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, mTOR_pS2448, and Notch1. Each is linked with GIT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GIT1-to-partner and partner-to-GIT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by GIT1-low versus GIT1-high in UCEC.
