Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GIPR Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GIPR data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher GIPR Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GIPR expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC, BRCA, and ACC are the cancer types where GIPR Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
