GIPR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GIPR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 707 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GIPR-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ12, OR5M14P, and PPP3R2. Each is linked with GIPR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GIPR-to-partner and partner-to-GIPR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ12 grouped by GIPR-low versus GIPR-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GIPR→partner) and Y-score (partner→GIPR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
