Across TCGA patient cohorts, GIPR mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GIPR-associated genes across cancer lineages are p27_pT198, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and Shc_pY317. Each is linked with GIPR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GIPR-to-partner and partner-to-GIPR results are reported.
