GIPR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GIPR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GIPR-associated genes across cancer lineages are WFDC11, DRD3, and CD300H. Each is linked with GIPR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GIPR-to-partner and partner-to-GIPR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WFDC11 grouped by GIPR-low versus GIPR-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GIPR→partner) and Y-score (partner→GIPR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
