GIPC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GIPC3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 57 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GIPC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, GAPDH, and HER2_pY1248. Each is linked with GIPC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GIPC3-to-partner and partner-to-GIPC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by GIPC3-low versus GIPC3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GIPC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GIPC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
