GIPC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GIPC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GIPC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CST9L, OR5M8, and OR8K3. Each is linked with GIPC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GIPC3-to-partner and partner-to-GIPC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CST9L grouped by GIPC3-low versus GIPC3-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GIPC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GIPC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
