GIPC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GIPC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,038 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GIPC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL49, EPG5, and GPR180. Each is linked with GIPC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GIPC1-to-partner and partner-to-GIPC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPL49 grouped by GIPC1-low versus GIPC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GIPC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GIPC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
