GIPC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GIPC1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GIPC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ T-cells, CD8+ Tcm, and Astrocytes. Each is linked with GIPC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GIPC1-to-partner and partner-to-GIPC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD8+ T-cells grouped by GIPC1-low versus GIPC1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GIPC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GIPC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
