GIP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GIP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 77 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-791P, NDUFB4P7, and RNA5SP516. Each is linked with GIP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GIP-to-partner and partner-to-GIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-791P grouped by GIP-low versus GIP-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→GIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
