GINS3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GINS3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,813 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GINS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDT1, WDHD1, and ORC6. Each is linked with GINS3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GINS3-to-partner and partner-to-GINS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GINS3 versus CDT1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GINS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GINS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
