GINS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GINS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GINS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP408, RN7SKP25, and RN7SKP245. Each is linked with GINS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GINS2-to-partner and partner-to-GINS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP408 grouped by GINS2-low versus GINS2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GINS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GINS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
