Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GINS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,533 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GINS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FANCI, ESCO2, and FANCB. Each is linked with GINS1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GINS1-to-partner and partner-to-GINS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GINS1 versus FANCI in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GINS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GINS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
