GINS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GINS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 361 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GINS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP181, RN7SL354P, and FCGR1A. Each is linked with GINS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GINS1-to-partner and partner-to-GINS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP181 grouped by GINS1-low versus GINS1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GINS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GINS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
