Across TCGA cell cohorts, GINS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,207 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GINS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear DNA replication, Cell cycle DNA replication, and DNA strand elongation involved in DNA replication. Each is linked with GINS1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GINS1-to-partner and partner-to-GINS1 results are reported.
