Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GIN1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GIN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, 14-3-3_beta, and eIF4E. Each is linked with GIN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GIN1-to-partner and partner-to-GIN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by GIN1-low versus GIN1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
