Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, GIN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GIN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPPL2C, MAGEB5, and KRT71. Each is linked with GIN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GIN1-to-partner and partner-to-GIN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPPL2C grouped by GIN1-low versus GIN1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
