GIMAP8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GIMAP8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,878 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GIMAP8-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTFP1, RPL34P3, and RPL26L1. Each is linked with GIMAP8 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GIMAP8-to-partner and partner-to-GIMAP8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTFP1 grouped by GIMAP8-low versus GIMAP8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GIMAP8→partner) and Y-score (partner→GIMAP8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
