GIMAP8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GIMAP8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 170 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GIMAP8-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1QBP, ALKBH2, and USP17L15. Each is linked with GIMAP8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GIMAP8-to-partner and partner-to-GIMAP8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C1QBP grouped by GIMAP8-low versus GIMAP8-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GIMAP8→partner) and Y-score (partner→GIMAP8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
