GIMAP7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GIMAP7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GIMAP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, G6PD, and GSK-3_pS9. Each is linked with GIMAP7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GIMAP7-to-partner and partner-to-GIMAP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDCD4 grouped by GIMAP7-low versus GIMAP7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GIMAP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→GIMAP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
