Across TCGA cell cohorts, GIMAP7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,787 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GIMAP7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of transcription elongation by RNA polymerase II, Response to iron ion starvation, and Negative regulation of synaptic vesicle exocytosis. Each is linked with GIMAP7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GIMAP7-to-partner and partner-to-GIMAP7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of transcription elongation by RNA polymerase II grouped by GIMAP7-low versus GIMAP7-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
