GIMAP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GIMAP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,493 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GIMAP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBA7, PSMB10, and CASP1. Each is linked with GIMAP2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GIMAP2-to-partner and partner-to-GIMAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GIMAP2 versus UBA7 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GIMAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GIMAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
