GIMAP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GIMAP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,030 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GIMAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD3D, CD74, and HLA-DQA1. Each is linked with GIMAP2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GIMAP2-to-partner and partner-to-GIMAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GIMAP2 versus CD3D in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GIMAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GIMAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
