GIMAP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GIMAP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,461 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GIMAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIAA1958, NOL6, and KATNBL1P4. Each is linked with GIMAP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GIMAP2-to-partner and partner-to-GIMAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KIAA1958 grouped by GIMAP2-low versus GIMAP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GIMAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GIMAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
