GIMAP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GIMAP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GIMAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLEC4G, PRODH2, and MYOD1. Each is linked with GIMAP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GIMAP2-to-partner and partner-to-GIMAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CLEC4G grouped by GIMAP2-low versus GIMAP2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GIMAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GIMAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
