GIMAP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GIMAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,015 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GIMAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIGLEC1, FGR, and CYTH4. Each is linked with GIMAP1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GIMAP1-to-partner and partner-to-GIMAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GIMAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GIMAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
