Across TCGA patient cohorts, GIMAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GIMAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIGAR, Cyclin-B1, and ACC1. Each is linked with GIMAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GIMAP1-to-partner and partner-to-GIMAP1 results are reported.
