GHRHR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GHRHR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 360 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GHRHR-associated genes across cancer lineages are RRM1-AS1, RNU6-487P, and RNA5SP205. Each is linked with GHRHR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GHRHR-to-partner and partner-to-GHRHR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RRM1-AS1 grouped by GHRHR-low versus GHRHR-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GHRHR→partner) and Y-score (partner→GHRHR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
