GHRHR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GHRHR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GHRHR-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2J2, OR10W1, and ACSM6. Each is linked with GHRHR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GHRHR-to-partner and partner-to-GHRHR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2J2 grouped by GHRHR-low versus GHRHR-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GHRHR→partner) and Y-score (partner→GHRHR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
