Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GHRH Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GHRH data layer compared with 18 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher GHRH Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GHRH expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD, LIHC, and SKCM are the cancer types where GHRH Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
