GH2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GH2 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Melanocytes, Hepatocytes, and CD8+ Tcm. Each is linked with GH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GH2-to-partner and partner-to-GH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Melanocytes grouped by GH2-low versus GH2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
