GGTLC4P

RNA & survival
SurvivalRNAKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GGTLC4P RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GGTLC4P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher GGTLC4P RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GGTLC4P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRP and LUAD show a favorable association.

KIRP, LUSC, and ACC are the cancer types where GGTLC4P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

RNA survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
