Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GGTLC2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GGTLC2 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher GGTLC2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GGTLC2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
DLBC, LIHC, and UCEC are the cancer types where GGTLC2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
